    Hi Shiraz e Hind
I must congratulate you for this wonderful website which is first on Jaunpur. On behalf all Jaunpur loving people I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your commendable effort to put together so much information which is well researched and comprehensive. The hard work put by you and your team is all over the website.
I am sure your efforts will definitely put Jaunpur on the tourist map of the country.

I condemn any effort to turn this noble platform to spread any kind of mindless hatred in the name of religion. It is disappointing to see that there are people who can read religion and hatred in anything and everything.

    Dear sir,
First of all, you have a great site.
I have a question for you maybe you can help me. In the year 1873, a great parent of mine came from Jaunpur from a village called at that time Kassaroo or Kassaru. Maybe it’s name is written wrong here.
The name of my great parent was written at that time as Ram Doss which could be now Ram Dass or Ramdas. They collected there together with other people at Mariahu police station to leave for a country name Suriname in South America from Calcutta. He was in 1873 about 30 years old.
I was just interested if there are still relatives of my great grandfather somewhere there in the village or Jaunpur.
I will be very thankfull to you if you could help me with some more information about my past family.

    Regards,

    Mr. Jayant Ramdas
